How do I request a binder through InsuRealty?
Answer: Once you are registered you will receive a user name and password to log on to the secure portion of our website. To request a binder simply input some basic property information and submit it. Within 2 hours you will receive an e-mail with a copy of the binder attached. Simply print the binder at your convenience in your office.
Can I request a specific carrier?
Answer: Yes. We are happy to accommodate requests for specific insurance companies provided that the client is eligible for coverage with a particular company.
If I don’t request a company, how does InsuRealty determine which company issues the policy of insurance?
Answer: We compare the coverage and rates of many A-rated carriers to find the best fit for you or your client.
Who services the policy after it is issued?
Answer: We do. We have a complete staff of licensed customer service representatives available to make changes or answer questions.
Can I discuss coverage options with my client?
Answer: Only a licensed insurance representative may discuss coverages, deductibles, or other policy provisions.
Can I refer other business to InsuRealty?
Answer: YES! We have access to the best companies, coverages, and rates in the industry. We can write homeowners, auto, and commercial, as well as life, health and disability. Referrals can be friends, acquaintances, family, or even yourself. They need not be the result of a real estate transaction.
